Hexarelin

Research Use Only
peptideSubcutaneous injection

The most powerful GH-releasing peptide available -- it produces the biggest growth hormone spike of any peptide in this class. It also has heart-protective benefits. The downside is your body builds tolerance to it faster than other options.

What to Expect

1

Week 1–2

Strongest GH release of any GHRP. Improved sleep. Significant appetite increase. Cortisol and prolactin elevation likely.

2

Week 3–6

Rapid body composition changes. Strong recovery enhancement. Most potent of GHRPs for GH release but with most side effects.

3

Week 8+

Significant desensitization likely at this point. Benefits plateau. Not recommended for extended use.

Common Side Effects

Strong appetite increaseCortisol elevationProlactin elevation (significant)Water retentionLethargyJoint pain
Tolerance: Significant after 4-8 weeks — pronounced pituitary desensitization
Cycling: 4-6 weeks on, 4-6 weeks off. Short cycles only due to desensitization. Not ideal for long-term use.

Dosing

100-200 mcg subq 2-3 times daily. Keep cycles short -- 4-8 weeks max -- because your body stops responding as well over time.
